Manal Sayid is a dedicated advocate for driving meaningful outcomes and empowering social change. With an MBA and over a decade of experience in business and change management, she specializes in strategic planning, facilitation, and fostering human-centered, participatory approaches.

Manal Sayid serves as the North American Regional Director for the International Association of Facilitators (IAF), where she provides leadership in advancing the profession of facilitation across the region. In this role, she works with a diverse network of facilitators, supporting professional development, promoting standards of excellence, and fostering connections within the facilitation community.

Additionally, as a Board member of the Technology of Participation (ToP)®️ Network, Manal contributes to the development and dissemination of facilitation methods designed to promote inclusive decision-making and meaningful collaboration. She is actively involved in advancing the use of structured, participatory approaches that help organizations and communities address complex challenges and achieve their goals effectively. Manal’s ethos is grounded in authenticity and community empowerment. Her collaborative approach helps organizations align their teams, navigate complexity, and achieve results that are both tangible and transformative. Muna Sayid is the Chief Operating Officer of Sayid Consulting, bringing structure, clarity, and momentum to complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives. She ensures ideas move from vision to execution with precision, care, and measurable impact.

With a Project Management Professional designation and a strong foundation in data analysis and process optimization, she has led transformative work across government, private, and nonprofit sectors. She is known for bringing order to complexity and aligning people, timelines, and systems to deliver meaningful results.

Human-Centered Approach
Muna holds a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University, grounding her work in a deep understanding of human behavior, emotional regulation, and relational dynamics. This perspective supports leaders and organizations navigating complexity, competing priorities, and the human impact of their decisions.

As a certified coach in the Diamond Leadership Index, she supports leaders and teams in strengthening emotional intelligence, navigating change, and building high-performing, values-aligned cultures. Her work connects operational excellence with relational depth, ensuring that how work gets done matters as much as what is achieved.

Designing the Experience
Ayoub Sayid shapes the environments in which Sayid Consulting’s work unfolds. As an experiential designer, he focuses on how people feel, move, and connect within a space, ensuring each session is engaging and intentional.

He works closely with Manal to translate process design into lived experience, attending to elements that are often felt but not always named.

Guardian of the Space
Ayoub brings a grounded and attentive presence to every session. He tracks the rhythm of the room, notices shifts, and supports the conditions that allow for meaningful participation.

This may include adjusting the environment in real time, supporting transitions, or ensuring participants feel at ease and able to engage.

Crafting Atmosphere and Flow
From room layout and movement to music, lighting, and timing, Ayoub is intentional about the details that shape interaction. He understands that the quality of conversation is influenced by the environment in which it takes place.

His approach blends logistics with intuition to create spaces that invite openness and support dialogue.

Abubakar plays a key role in supporting the delivery of Sayid Consulting’s projects, ensuring that behind-the-scenes work is organized, responsive, and aligned. He helps coordinate timelines, manage information, and keep moving pieces on track so engagements run smoothly.

He is often the steady hand ensuring details are not overlooked, supporting both the team and clients in navigating complex processes with greater ease.

Analytical & Technical Foundation
Abubakar is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Information Technology in Network Technology and brings a growing technical lens to his work. His studies strengthen his ability to think systematically, solve problems, and understand how systems connect, which are skills essential in complex environments.

He approaches challenges with curiosity and persistence, breaking them down into manageable parts and working through them methodically.

Approach to Work
Abubakar brings quiet focus and reliability to his role. He supports the team thoughtfully, ensuring work is completed with care and communication remains clear and consistent.

He is continuously learning through both academic and hands-on experience, building a strong foundation for contributing to projects that require structure and adaptability.
